Prices
We are happy to offer a variety of contracted service plans that ensure you have a clean and functioning pond all season long. We also offer our services on an hourly basis if you need a quick cleaning to get you rolling.
We try to service you as cost effectively as possible. Several factors can influence the amount of time spent at a site such as size of the pond, time since last service and special requests. A $30 trip charge is added to any service call outside of our regular service area.
The typical season is from April 1st to October 31st (7 months). For your convenience, we offer multiple service packages that can be divided into monthly payments. For your convenience, we can automatically charge the credit card that you provide or our technicians can process your credit card onsite, ensuring that your service will not be interrupted.
Basic Services are $100-250/hr (1 hour minimum) plus materials and include:
• Water Changes & Pond cleaning
• UV/Filter/Pump installations
• Troubleshooting & Repair
V.I.P. (Very Important Pond) service includes free emergency and repair calls (not including labor and supplies) and extra time and attention on each service.
Weekly - 22 service calls and spring cleaning
Bi-Monthly - 11 service calls and spring cleaning
Monthly - 5 service calls and spring cleaning
Hat Trick - Spring cleaning, a summer service call and fall winterization
Spring and Fall Cleaning cost will vary with each pond and water feature. Please call for an estimate.
Design and Consulting: $100-250/hr
Emergency Calls: $100-250/hr (1 hour minimum) during business hours and $150/hour after business hours*
*Any time before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm Monday-Sundays/Holidays

Cancellations Policy:
Please be advised that we require a 24 hr notice prior to scheduled time of arrival.
There will be a charge of $40.00 for any cancellations made after the 24 hr time frame.
There will be a service call charge of $60.00 for onsite cancellations (We arrive per our scheduled appointment and customer cancels)
You do not need to be home, but please leave the gate unlocked, dogs put away if necessary, the pump accessible if you’ve taken it out for the winter, outdoor water turned on and a hose out. Our service technicians will also have a variety of products used for pond maintenance available for purchase.
